THE DUMB LAW PARADOX

In the early 1980's, in the midst of the AIDS epidemic, restrictions on blood donation were put in place. In the era of crisis, and scientific uncertainty, understandable. Those days have passed. Here we are,
40 years later. And ridiculous regulations remain the law of the day.

That's when the "Dumb Law Paradox" campaign was born: to cast a light on the ignorance and ridiculousness of today's still-biased and antiquated rules. We found the dumbest laws in the USA and proved that they make more sense than the ban on gay blood.
